State transitions flow through the domain event bus to the DLT Commitment Service, which validates attestation and commits to the CeFi Event Ledger. Tokenised fund events bridge from the DeFi Token Chain to the same universal event store.

Report, reconcile, audit, manage exceptions and evidence controls. Continuous reconciliation validates PostgreSQL operational state against DLT-reconstructed state.
