Paul Reilly CEO

30+ years of financial services technology experience. Fintech founder with successful exit of Riva Financial Systems, a Transfer Agency platform with Franklin Templeton as flagship client ($1T+ AUM).

Industry leading technical expert that was the key architect of GFAS system at Fidelity Investments, responsible for leading GFAS implementation at JP Morgan for Merrill Lynch (now BlackRock). Former Board Director of a regulated financial sector entity.

Jonathan Spires CTO

Over 29 years of financial services technology experience (Franklin Templeton: 25 years | FIS: 3 years), specializing in Transfer Agency modernization, enterprise architecture, and AI-enabled platform strategy.

Jonathan leads solution architecture, design specification and the AIDLC methodology, the AI-driven development lifecycle that underpins SMART-TA's accelerated delivery model.

Joanne Sweeney CPO

A qualified accountant with over 35 years of experience in Fund Administration, working with both Fund Managers and Transfer Agents.

Successfully led the EMEA Transfer Agency Investor and Cash Transformation teams at Northern Trust, designing and delivering utility solutions. Served as Head of Operations for the UK and Ireland Transfer Agency business, overseeing the successful transition of processes to an offshore location, implementing key regulatory changes, and onboarding multiple large clients.

Matthew Jones CRD

A global CRD with 30+ years of experience in asset management and servicing, in Service & Ops, Transformation and Project Governance, Distribution, and Global TA.

Led Distribution Operations at Carne and Global TA Funds Services at Franklin Templeton, driving initiatives to deliver scalable operational and governance frameworks, develop relationships through strategic sourcing and operational redesign, delivering solutions and efficiencies.
